Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Roasted Red Potatoes and Baby Green Beans

Everyone's favorite OTW meal is on the menu for this week—Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Roasted Red Potatoes and Baby Green Beans.


The meal includes two pork tenderloins, which have been seasoned and marinated, then grilled until they're juicy and tender. Paired with roasted red potatoes and baby green beans that have been steamed, then sautéed in butter, salt, and pepper. The perfect accompaniment to any grilled tenderloin, is a homemade horseradish sauce.

Recipe for Horseradish Sauce:

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 cups mayo

• 3 T dijon mustard

• 1 T whole grain mustard

• 1 1/2 T prepared horseradish sauce

• 1/3 cup sour cream

• 1/4 t kosher salt

Whisk all together in bowl and let chill in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
