Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Roasted Red Potatoes and Baby Green Beans
This Thursday's weekly meal is family-friendly and one of OTW favorites. I hope it becomes one of yours!
The meal includes two pork tenderloins, which have been seasoned and marinated for 2-3 hours, then grilled until they're juicy and tender. Paired with red roasted potatoes and baby green beans that have been steamed, then sautéed in butter, salt, and pepper. The perfect accompaniment to any grilled tenderloin, is a homemade horseradish sauce.
Recipe for Horseradish Sauce:
• 1 1/2 cups mayo
• 3 T dijon mustard
• 1 T whole grain mustard
• 1 1/2 T prepared horseradish sauce
• 1/3 cup sour cream
• 1/4 t kosher salt
Whisk all together in bowl and let chill in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
