This Pot Pie easily feeds a family of 4 and also makes a great Christmas gift, especially for those family members who may be socially distancing during these holidays. It has been cooked, so will keep in refrigerator for a few days.

The OTW Cafe Chicken Pot Pie is made with a creamy buttery blonde roux filling with sautéed onions combined with slow-roasted chicken, tender peas, carrots, corn, green beans, diced potatoes, fresh herbs and blanketed with a golden brown, flaky crust just begging for that first crunchy pierce from your fork! This is one of my family’s favorite meals and I hope it becomes one of yours as well!
