Chicken Pot Pie

Back by popular demand, the CHICKEN POT PIE is on the menu for this Thursday! Rain is in the forecast for later this week and this would be the perfect dinner to serve your family after a long rainy day.

I must say, I have the sweetest customers who are always texting me telling me how much they enjoyed the food. I always appreciate the kind words and your comments help me navigate the menu from week to week. One of OTW's favorite customers, Kaye Collett, had this to say, "That has to be the best chicken pot pie I've ever tasted!"

This pot pie is made with a creamy buttery blonde roux filling with sautéed onions combined with slow-roasted chicken, tender peas, carrots, corn, green beans, diced potatoes, fresh herbs and blanketed with a golden brown, flaky crust just begging for that first crunchy pierce from your fork! This is one of my family’s favorite meals and I hope it becomes one of yours as well!
