This is an over-the-top dish that I think you will be crazy about. It starts with perfectly boiled gnocchi (which let's face it... are just little pillows of heaven) tossed in a balanced marinara sauce that's flavored with basil, sauteed onion and garlic. Next to join the skillet party is seasoned ground chicken, shredded mozzarella, parmesan, and fresh herbs, culminating with the ultimate topping...creamy burrata and freshly torn basil. I mean, wow! Does it get any better than this?!
