SPINACH & ITALIAN SAUSAGE UNSTUFFED SHELLS combines pasta shells with spinach, ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, freshly grated parmesan, and Italian sausage. If that isn't enough, it is topped with crushed San Marzano tomatoes and freshly sliced mozzarella! Sprinkle with some torn fresh basil and you’re in business! This dish is very light, but filling, and perfect for this time of year!
