Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole is a delicious dish made with slow-roasted chicken with sautéed onion and celery in a creamy mushroom sauce with wild rice, water chestnuts, and cheese. It is comfort food at its finest! Serve with a side of OTW green beans, and dinner is done!
