Pork Medallions in Creamy Marsala Sauce with Sautéed Green Beans
One of my favorite go-to meals is this delicious Pork Medallions in Creamy Marsala Sauce with Sautéed Green Beans. The pork tenderloin is marinated and roasted, sliced into medallions, which are then served over a bed of wild rice, and smothered in a creamy Vidalia cremini marsala sauce! One of OTW's favorite customers and neighbors, Mrs. Sasser said, "That was the best dinner ever!"
For those of you who may have some picky eaters or dietary concerns in your household, the sauce can be made without mushrooms, or even without onions. Just let me know when you place your order.
Add the OTW signature side of Green Beans and dinner is done! The whole green beans are sautéed in butter with salt, pepper, and crispy crumbled bacon!
